*Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is only open to residents, aged 18 and over, of the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
2. Only those who purchase a new Belling Kitchen appliance from an authorised retailer between July 1st and August 31st 2012 inclusive, will be eligible to enter this competition.
3. Employees of Dimpco or its affiliates, subsidiaries, contractors , advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter.
4. In order to qualify for the Competition, Customers must complete fully and return a Competition Application Form. This must be accompanied by a copy of the original retailer receipt as proof of purchase.
5. Only one entry per individual new Belling appliance purchased is allowed.
6. Competition application forms will be provided by the authorised retailer. The Completed application forms and proof of purchase should be posted back to Belling Competition, Dimpco, Old Airport Road, Cloghran, Co. Dublin, Republic of Ireland.
7. The closing time and date for receipt of application forms for entry into this competition is 5pm on 14th September 2012. Any entries received after this time and date will not be eligible for entry into the prize draw.
8. A single winner will be drawn randomly from all the valid entries deemed to have been completed and submitted fully and correctly in accordance with the competition rules.
9. The draw for the prize will take place on Wednesday 19th September 2012, and the winner will be notified in writing within 7 days.
10. The prize is a cheque payment for €12,000, the equivalent to 12 monthly mortgage payments subject to a maximum payment of €1,000 per month The €12,000 is a single payment to the winner regardless of the actual monthly mortgage payments due by the winner. This competition is also open to consumers who do not hold a mortgage, and if the winner does not hold a mortgage they will receive a cheque payment for €12,000.
11. The €12,000 prize will be paid in a single amount by cheque, made payable to the valid winning entrant's name as stated on the Entry Form only. The winner will travel to Dimpco on a mutually acceptable date within 28 days of being notified to collect the cheque.
12. For the avoidance of doubt, the payment of the mortgage prize excludes any associated costs and expenses which may be incurred by the winner or which are related to the winner's mortgage e.g. arrears, mortgage protection, life assurance.
13. Dimpco reserves the right to publish details of the name (Christian name initial and surname), address (county) and a photograph of the winner on www.dimpco.ie, and in any other media from Monday 24th September 2012 for promotional reasons. By entering this competition entrants are deemed to have provided consent for their name and address, as defined above, and their image being published on the Dimpco website and any other media in the event that they win the competition.
14. Dimpco will not accept any responsibility for lost or undelivered application forms.
15. The judge's decision on the winner is final. One winner only will be selected from the pool of valid competition entries.
16. Dimpco is not obliged to enter into written correspondence regarding this promotion.
17. Dimpco reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend this Competition in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control.
18. Dimpco reserves the right to disqualify any Competition entrant for use of a false name or address.
19. Dimpco reserves the right to oblige any potential Competition winner to provide documentary proof of their identity and address, and original proof of purchase of their Belling appliance during the period of the Competition as defined in point 2 above.
20. By participating in this Competition, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Dimpco. However these Terms and Conditions may be amended or varied at any time by Dimpco. In all matters related to this Competition the decisions of Dimpco are final.
