We are so confident that you will not have problems with your Morphy Richards products that we offer a 1 year guarantee. If you register your product with us you will receive an additional 1 year free. That's 2 years in total. When you purchase your product you must keep your receipt as we will require this in the unlikely event that you need to redeem your guarantee. 2 year GuaranteeWe offer a 1 year guarantee on all our products. To qualify for an additonal year (that's 2 years in total) we ask you to register your product within 28 days of your purchase. If a fault develops with your product you should contact our Consumer Care Team. 3 Year GuaranteeWe offer a 3 year guarantee on some of our vacuum range. The guarantee is only valid when registered directly with us within 28 days of purchase. If you do not register your product within 28 days, it is guaranteed for 2 years. To validate your 3 year guarantee, telephone our consumer helpline on 0844 871 0949. You will receive written confirmation from us. Please refer to your instruction booklet for more details. This is a separate process from the registration process mentioned above. Vorticity 5 Year GuaranteeOur Vorticity Vacuum Cleaners come with a 2 year guarantee as standard. To register for the additional 3 years (5 years in total) you can register using our normal registration process. Remember to keep your receipt as this will be required should you want to claim.
